We really should be more knowledgeable about the plants around us for there are lots of medicinal elements to almost all of them.
You are correct some plants always help us to rrecovery from sickness.

Oregano laging ginagamit ni Mama pag my ubo kami nung Bata pa kami. Dahil ayaw namin ang lasa nito binibigyan niya kami ng snowbear after namin uminom ng Oregano juice. For now na mama na rin ako mahilig din ako sa mga herbal or home remedies. Mas prefer ko ang home remedies kaysa bumili ng gamot.
