There are times we wake up feeling down, cranky, and lonely. Yh, were actually feel lonely but we don't want to talk to anyone about it. There's absolutely no reason for it. None at all. Sometimes I just wake up with this kind of feeling and I feel kind of itchy to in a way cause trouble. What i mean is this; wake up in the morning and just brush past your sibling. You guys were perfectly fine last night but you just don't feel like talking. Same goes with your parents, you just pass them while muttering a greeting and I didn't even wait for a reply. "Sis can I borrow your bag today, I have an outing"? No! u snapped. Why? Simply because you just don't feel like. This is not something that happens to u alone. It's like everyone takes their turn in behaving like this and whenever anyone is in this "mood", they just end up getting on everyone's nerve.

Now, mental health deals mainly with the ability to feel, express and manage a range of positive and negative emotions. This means that feeling any kind of emotions is normal in everybody whether good or bad emotions. The point is that we've got to learn to manage our emotions properly. As one of my friends will say, 'emotions are always on the motion'. You can't predict when these emotions will come but you should be able to keep them in check. Both positive and negative emotions affects daily life. They affect relationships and also our physical health.

Most times when this negative emotions hits, we feel bad with ourselves, we sometimes isolate ourselves, some cry for absolutely no reason at all, and for those that have it bad to they go as far as injuring themselves to 'keep themselves in check'. These negative feelings force you to push people away and then affect or destroy relationships, which then leads to low self esteem. You no longer feel confident in yourself. You start to feel worthless and at the extreme you end up killing yourself.

Many people out there are sick with these disease and they just can't help it. In this kind of situation you've got to control your emotions and not let them control you. Talk to someone about it. Don't just keep quiet and bottle everything up. If you're angry say it. If you're sad, let people around you know. If you've done bad, apologize instead of feeling bad about your self. Keep an happy lifestyle. You don't have to party all through the week to be active. Make friends around, help people around and they'll end up healing you.
