Make a healthy pizza-pasta

Everyone in Corona is now quite health conscious. The tendency to eat nutritious food is increasing. Foods like pizza and pasta also use healthy ingredients. Recipe by Fahim Ferdous, Chef, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hotel, Australia

Ingredients: For pizza base or bread: 2 cups flour, 1 cup water, 3 cups hot water, 1 teaspoon sugar, a little more than 2 teaspoons yeast (dry), 1 teaspoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons semolina and salt 1 tablespoon.

For napotelana sauce or tomato sauce: 1 can of canned tomatoes (500 g), 1 teaspoon of tomato paste, 1 onion, 1 garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika (you can use any other chili powder), 3 teaspoons of sugar, 10 teaspoons of olive oil -Spoon, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of oregano and 10 basil leaves, salt to taste.

For pizza topping: 3 eggs, 1 cup of mushrooms, 1 cup of baby spinach, 4 to 6 cherry tomatoes and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.

Recipe: For pizza base or bread, first mix hot water and sugar in a bowl. Then mix yeast and wait for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes you will see bubbles at the top. Then add water olives to the mixture. In a bowl, mix together the semolina, flour and salt. Then slowly add the previously made yeast mixture and continue to ferment until the dough is formed. When done, lift in a bowl and cover. Make sure the dough is smooth. When the doty is slightly swollen, spread oil around a smooth bowl and place it in the bowl and cover with paper on top. Wait until it swells to double and soft, it may take 1 to 2 hours. When the dough is ready, cut it into the size of your choice and make it for the sand pizza like bread.

Now lightly fry the chopped onion for Napotelana sauce or tomato sauce. Now cook with garlic, paprika, tomato paste without oil. Cover with canned tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, 3 cups of water and cook on low heat for 1 hour. Now mix basil leaves and oregano and blend.

For pizza topping: The method of making breakfast pizza is a little different than ordinary pizza. First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Make pizza bread according to the pizza door recipe, bake in it with sauce and cheese for 7 to 8 minutes. Now when the cheese is mixed, while it is still hot, mark 2 to 3 places in the pizza door with a spoon (make sure that there are no holes in the pizza bread). Break the eggs in it and bake with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes for another 5 to 6 minutes.

Fetuchini baskaiola

Ingredients: Fetuchini Pasta 200gm, Mushroom Half Cup, Beef Bacon Half Cup, Pea Paste 2 Teaspoon, Cherry Tomato 5, Cooking Cream 300g, Onion Crush 1 (Fine Crush), Oil 2 Teaspoon, Parsley 1 Cup One part and the amount of salt.

Method: First boil the fatuccini pasta in boiling hot water, dip it in ice water and let it cool down. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes with onion, beef bacon and mushrooms. Then cook for another 4 to 5 minutes with cooking cream. When the cream thickens, add pasta in it. Once the sauce is mixed with the pasta, remove from the oven and serve with the parsley.

Ingredients: 500 grams of cabbage, 100 grams of spinach (you can take any green leafy vegetables), one-third of a cup of ground almonds, 500 grams of minced chicken, 8 teaspoons of oil, 1 piece of onion (finely chopped), 2 carrots, 1 cup of peas One-third, 2 quarts of garlic, 3 quarts of tomato sauce, 400 g of tomato paste, 500 g of alfredo sauce (see pizza recipe), half a cup of mozzarella cheese and salt.

Method: Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. First heat light oil in a sauce pan and keep stirring with chopped onion and carrot pieces. When the onion is soft, add minced chicken in it. Stir for 5 minutes and cook for another 5 minutes with tomato paste and tomato sauce. When the cooking is over, add the peas. In another pot, simmer the spinach for 1 minute with a little oil over low heat and add almonds. Now cut the cabbage leaves and cut them in such a way that they can be spread like paper in the pot (you can boil it lightly if you want). In an ovenproof pan, first add a little oil and a layer of cabbage, then a layer of chicken cooked with tomato sauce. This time with a layer of spinach and nuts on top and finally Alfredo sauce
