2 cups of rice powder, as much water as needed to boil, salt to taste

Chicken Breast Piece / Chicken Minced 500 gms, 1-2 cups of chopped onion, 1 cup of capsicum, crushed chilli powder as desired, 2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste, 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce, white pepper powder, coriander-cumin powder 1- 2 teaspoons, 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, salt to taste, quantity of milk, 2 tablespoons of butter / oil, 1 teaspoon of cornflower.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate well with soy sauce and a little salt and all the spices for 30 minutes. Then grind the minced meat.

Crush capsicum and green chillies and mix with chicken.

Melt the butter / oil in a pot and cook the minced meat by dipping a little onion in it. Add a little corn powder with milk, so that the minced meat is a little sticky. If the minced meat is crispy, it will fall off the cake while eating. When the minced meat is cooked, boil the rice powder with a pinch of turmeric and salt.

When the rice yeast cools down, make a good dough. However, when it becomes too soft, rub it with a little flour. Now sand the bread in the shape of small dalpuri and make puli with minced meat in the middle. You can also use cookie cutters for this, so that all one is equal. And the puli breads have to be made a little thicker, otherwise the minced meat will burst out. Once all the puli are made, put a scattering pan / rice cooker bowl in the oven and add water. Steamers can also be provided if desired.

Give 2 glasses of water. When the water is thick, spread a clean cotton cloth, spread the pulleys and cover and steam for 10 minutes. When done, take it down. Serve hot with this chicken steamed puli tomato sauce.
