At least 22 people have been killed in a military plane crash in Ukraine. Out of the total 28 riders, two were seriously injured. The rest are still missing. The plane crashed near the northern city of Kharkiv on Friday. According to the government's emergency department, there were 20 trainees and six crew members on board. According to the AFP news agency, the Antonov-27 aircraft used in the training was carrying trainees of Kharkiv Air Force University. The Emergency Situations Department said it was investigating the cause of the crash and had no clue as to whether it was linked to pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine. Government forces are fighting pro-Russian separatists about 100 kilometers from Chuhive. Deputy Interior Minister Anton Geraschenko said: "It's a big shock. It is impossible to give a reason at this moment. An investigation is underway. ’ President Volodymyr Zelensky is visiting the region on Saturday.
