Snails are amazing creatures. Their body, enclosed in a shell, consists of a head and a leg. The leg is a powerful muscle that provides glide. On the head are the senses - horns and mouth. The life span of snails is from 3 to 8-10 years, depending on the species. Snails, like other pets, need constant supervision. You cannot leave them all alone during a two-week vacation. In the absence of food, with a decrease in humidity and a decrease in temperature, mollusks fall into a state called suspended animation, they hide in a shell, closing the mouth with a hard film - an epiphragm. At the same time, all life processes, including growth, slow down.
A healthy, active snail will be both an unusual pet and a universal favorite, which is interesting to watch not only for children, but also for adults. But when settling even such a small animal in your house, it is important to understand that your family will have at least one more member, for which you will have to be responsible.
Very interesting post! Nice!!
