California Fires

The US state California has many wildfires. The weather is often dry and hot there. When a fire starts there, it moves very quickly. People can go back to their homes. However, many houses are destroyed.

Then, storms come. New fires start. Firefighters stop all the new fires. The situation is not dangerous now.

However, seven people die in these fires. More fires are in other US states, too.
