It's not always your fault. If you're not feel valued and loved by them, listen to your feelings and process everything. Do not ignore. The way they value you is also the weight of how they love you. Value and love should not be separated. Do not be thorn in between for you should flow both sides.

Relationships are not flawless as what other people think but it is not made out of pride and grudges. Not made out of walls and chains. It is not made out of lies and selfishness. It is not made out of blaming what your trauma left on you. You'll know if the people around you are genuine enough. You will feel it and laying your cards for them will and should be worth it.
