ALLERGIC RHINITIS Is a diagnosis associated with a group of symptoms associating the nose. I was once an IGNORANT I could still remember when I was transfered here in our Main Office in Manila. I was assigned in one of branches in Iloilo. I was so amazed with this fountain in front of the building where our office was located. It has different colors actually at night. I even asked my office mate to took some pictures of me. MEMORY GAP? I don't know if it is because of stress or I am overworked because I totally forgot my ATM's pin number 😢. Dragon Fruits This fruit is actually in the family of cactus. It grows easily as long as it's facing the heat of the sun. It has so many health benefits such as antioxidants, lower blood pressure, good source of fiber and etc. Dragon fruits here in Manila is quite expensive but you can only buy upto P60 per kilo in province.
