We DON'T have the same LEVEL COMPREHENSION Comprehension is the capability of understanding something. After eight years (do not compute my age😂) of working dealing with different type of people and three years of leading a team I have learned that we don't have the same level of comprehension in all aspects. Each of us have an area of strength and weakness. Do not simply assume that since you understand a thing, others are the same too. Stop being angry to the point of scolding someone. Ask your self first, did you clearly explained it to them? Have a nice day noisers!
