BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CHOICE OF WORDS I suddenly remember our department head during my orientation with her when I was transfered in our main office. " As an auditor, always be careful with your choiced of words. As WORDS are powerful, they can create or they can destroy". Being in Audit department is not easy sometimes because of some unprofessional workmates who were affected during audit findings. Thus, I always remember to stay polite as much as I during verbal or email conversations. If happened I am in the peak of anger, I prefer not to talk nor reply in an email. I would construct my response when my anger subsides. Have a great day everyone!

That is very correct dear friend, words have a lot of power and are more powerful than a firearm, as you well mentioned. We have to think before we speak, and more when we are upset. I think that when we work with the public, we should moderate our behavior and way of speaking, because no one is to blame for our problems, greetings my friend.
