This month, I'm excited to share with you a product from a new brand on the block called VDL. Let me firts explain who VDL are. They're a makeup store new to the Philippines ( in fact, their firts store opened quite recently in Alabang Town Centre) that offer a wide range of cosmetics, from lipsticks to powders to tints and many more.

The difference is that they offer something fresh and novel that I've never seen or tired before; it's called a Metal Cushion Foundation. I've mentioned in the past that I'm not really into foundations, but this product has certainly change my mind. It has a smooth finish with just the right amount of glow and great coverage.

In addition, it has a pleasant powdery smell and very attractive packaging. What's extra nice about the compact is that it comes with an inbuilt mirror, too. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but recently I've been using compacts that either have a small mirror or none at all, and it becomes a real hassle carrying around a small separate mirror all the time,so this does avoid that problem. This is great for people with sensitive skin. It gently cleans your pores, removes dirt and exfoliates your skin all in one! It's an oil- free product making it great for oily and combination skin. It has exfoliating microbeads to remove the dead skin that causes spots, but it's gentle enough to be used daily, keeping you ready to battle off spots.

L'Oreal's Nude Magique BB Concealer

As it's says on the packaging,it's anti-eye bag! It really helps cover and blurs dark circles and spots without being too heavy on the skin, and it blurs anything you want hidden! A great product to deal with all the late night studying wear and tear!

Maybelline's Fit Me! Anti-Shine Stick

Need easy,fast and good coverage? Then you definitely need to try this out! It has amazing coverage, it covers any some blemishes and uneven skin tone areas, while having a matte finish. Plus, it is easy to blend, making it a great product for when you're in a rush!
