The right of the child to be protected from economic exploitation and from performing any work that is likely to be hazardous or to interfere with the child's education or to be harmful to the child's health or physical mental spiritual moral or social development (convention on the rights of the child, 1988)
Facts and figures
Global number if children in child Labour has declined by one third since 2000, form 246 work ( down from 171 million in 2000)
Asia and the Pacific- still has the largest numbers (almost 78 million or 9.3 of the child population) but, sub- Saharan Africa, continues to be the region with the highest incidence of child Labour (59 million, over 21%)
There are 13 million (8.8%) of children in child Labour and in the middle east and north Africa there are 9.2 million (8.4%)
Agriculture remains by the most important sector where child labourers, com be found (98 million or 59%) but the problems are not negligible in service 54 million and industry (12 million) mostly in the informal economy.
Child Labour among girls fell by 40% since 2000, compared to 25% for boys.
The right of children did not work will in developed and least developed countries
In poor money children cannot afford schooling therefore, they must go to work to earn money and help the family
In addition there are many orphans and children with disabilities having to go to work to cover their life
By using child Labour companies cab save a lot of money as they could pay less salaries for a child than a adult.
But not only those causes there are still many other causes

The children could be abused and tortured by the employers more over they might be exposed to hagardous substances furthermore, they will not received the correct amount of salaries, but work in poor working conditions, such as no industrial protective clothing.
What could we do to ercidicate child Labour
The government should introduce a time limit for the children, who have to work as well as they should get fed. Also they should work in good conditions. And the government should give harsh punishment to company breaking the laws or the rights of children.
Furthermore,the government should formulate some policies that help students living in difficult circumstances schooling as well as increase family's income. Many families need child Labour or they wind up putting their kids out on the streets or selling them in order to survive. If we can help these families come out if poverty and get a steady money income more and more children won't have to work.
Support
Some organization, which have strong voice like ICO, UNICEF could rising consciousness how people see what harms child Labour to companies all around the wallet. Moreover they can create some campaigns against the use of child Labour with the participation of many large companies around the world.
On the other hand, this exposure to child labor could possibly cause the public to demand stronger reforme in the government's labour laws and restrictions. There are 800 million unemployed adults in the world. And the productivity of adult workers is much higher than that of child workers. It will bring more benefits for the company. These solutions could help reduce the status of using child Labour around the world.
