No this is not a fictional story. This is real. Have you ever had a good day turn into a bad day that you thought couldn't get worse but then it did??
I had to wake up super early this morning, I'm talking 3:30am. Why? Daddy was going out by 4:00am and I wanted to catch a free ride. You see, our house is in a remote area (I totally hate the place for this one reason) and I have to get to the bank, can you believe there is not one single bank around here, you'll have to "travel" away from here and into civilization to get a bank.
Anyway, so I left the house very early and very hungry and I got to the bank on time. Hurray!
Due to Corona there's a new procedure. A new way of doing things. We had to sit outside the bank giving distance to each other and only ten people were allowed into the bank at a time. But luck was on my side. I was the third person to arrive. But then it was quite early, the banks weren't open yet, we sat outside for like two hours thereabout.
Note that I was still hungry.
When I got inside the bank, I think it was by 8:30am, I went straight to customer service because I was there to issue for a debit card. Then the generator went off. At first I was like, "ok this is a bank, the generator would be back on in a minute." It took almost an hour. My phone's battery was leaving 😭. Like don't go, I need you!😭
After a very long time, the generator came on. Yay! And then they were saying they don't have service.
So what?! Fix it!
I remained calm, it is just a debit card. Just a card. I was calm. I was hungry. I was tired. I needed to charge my phone.
Also, after a very long time the service was back. I got my card people! I got my card! After hours 😭. I entered that bank by 8:30am and I left there by 12:04pm. Yes I checked the time!
I decided to head to church to charge my phone because there might not be light at home. I was there till sometime around 3pm, then my friend called that I should come over,
"Is there food there?" I asked
"Yes, just come."
"I'm serious o. Is there food. Because I'm hungry here."
"Yes. Come."
I don't understand why some people will joke about food. Why do you do it? You can joke about any other thing,
"Harri, I sent you $100,000. Lol just kidding"
"Harri, this car is for you. Lol just kidding."
But don't joke about food because that was what my friend did😭. I was still hungry.
Fast forward till when I got home and this was when the set of final straws that broke my own back. My points are still in 7.5 since morning!😭😭
The cup of tea I made in the morning but didn't finish, my brother drank it. (if you don't love tea, you won't understand my pain)
Finally, when I thought it was over. I sat down and my phone slipped out of my pocket and hit the tiled floor face down. It's cracked!😭 Two long very visible cracks on the screen of my six months old phone. I really don't feel the vibe to use it anymore because of the cracks.
Today is not my day....😭
