"TO INSIST AND CONTINUE IN AN INTELLIGENT WAY, OR TO PERSIST IN A WELL CONCEIVED AND PROPERLY STRUCTURED IDEA, WILL ALWAYS BE THE BEST OPTION WHEN WE TALK ABOUT OVERCOMING CHALLENGES AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OPPORTUNITIES".

Are you kidding? Are you considering the possibility of abandoning your project and throwing away years of ideas and efforts because of a big obstacle? Do you think you can't do it anymore?

Then, you must remember what was the reason you started your venture and whether it was or still is important enough for you.

Where are you standing? What's stopping you? What's the obstacle? Is it real or imaginary? Does it reside only in your mind or can you touch it? Is it happening or do you think it will?

Answering consciously and sincerely all these questions and a few others, will allow you to evaluate the limitations, strengths, benefits or detriments of your venture, growth or evolution.

But in order to answer all these liberating questions, you will have to be brave, leave your excuses disguised as reasons aside and accept your mistakes, failures and limitations so that you can identify and determine them. This therapy, so to speak, because the process through which you manage to accept yourself as you are in order to reach the best version of yourself, is therapeutic and enriching and it elevates you to a very high level of communicational consciousness, that level of self-communication required for your personal transformation, which will result in a quality, well studied undertaking with great probabilities of success.

This is how I have come to the conclusion that in order to overcome most of the obstacles that arise along the path of life, whether you are an entrepreneur or an ordinary employee, you must train in the art of applied communication.

And why call it "Applied Communication"?

The reason is very simple, and it is because the way we communicate with ourselves and with others at all levels, presents some characteristics in each case. It is not the same to relate to a woman than to a man, or to relate to a university student than to a businessman with proven experience, or simply to a son than to a daughter.

That is to say that the type of communication we have with each person belonging to a social, intellectual or perhaps moral stratum will be categorically different in each case.

Certainly there are common patterns such as language and certain words that everyone understands, but even in the way we say them, speak and cause emotional connection, there is a big difference when considering that our message is interpreted so that what we want to convey, get the desired results. What we want to express must be understood by our interlocutors so that they act in accordance with our intentions.

If you want a person to vote for you in the next election to public office, you must study and deliver a message that will provoke positive movements in their emotions in connection with their interests so your speech must present a content with some drama and emotional manipulation so that the result is a won vote.

For this reason, the context in which you deliver your speech should be taken into account. It is not the same to present before a meeting of construction companies as before a room full of doctors. Of course, the interests of each group will be different even though there are always common points of connection between human beings.

The "Applied Communication" can be a new concept, worthy of study and learning to use. Many may be using it intuitively but the truth is that the amount of factors that must be taken into account to deliver a speech or message when speaking, is considerable. For example, the education of the people you are addressing, or the experience people have in a certain field, age, attitude and many more.

This can only be acquired and managed with the constant, permanent and persevering study, learning and living practice of the human being. A daily face to face, by the way, deliberately and deliberately, not waiting for it to happen but making it happen. And that's where your successes and failures in your endeavors come from.

For this reason, we present you our project proposal:

We talk about the "TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF APPLIED COMMUNICATION"

Precisely formulated and addressed to any person who suspects the existence of brakes in his life and in his career or enterprise.

Although this online undertaking is of a high level and is designed to obtain great results from the participants, it can be presented simply as a process divided into four phases necessary to overcome mental, physical, intellectual, and even spiritual limitations.

During Phase One: The Basic Level The participant's current state is diagnosed, where he or she is, that is, the starting point. It is that condition in which, consciously or not, he remains in a comfortable situation where he believes he does not need to change.

At this level, the degree of communication that the participant uses to relate to himself and the outside world is evaluated. It is determined in what way you perceive your environment and if what you respond to continuous stimuli is bringing you closer to the quality of life you wish to experience.

It is required to determine in what way you express yourself, the lexicon you use, your reading habits, junk or literature, intellectual level and knowledge about current world events.

Your self-image, your self-esteem and your speech, will be transformed or optimized according to the results obtained from the evaluation.

The mechanics of work will depend on the current conditions that are established during the exploration at the basic level. Who are you? And who do you want to become? To achieve that? and to have what you want, is the main objective of the training program called: "PEDCA".

From this first stage, and as we had mentioned before, this program consists of four phases with a minimum duration of four months each one, from the moment of, the other three levels or phases are developed, in which the learning and the practices of the same ones are developed.

In the intermediate stage, the online experiences will be developed. In the advanced stage, the progress and results will be measured and evaluated, and in the last one, called Master, the daily practice will develop the master in the art of empathic communication.

We end with the idea of leaving a space for questions related to our proposal through the spaces provided for comments.

I must tell all of you: Thank's for appreciate this words day by day in each one of my articles.
