These people obviously have no idea what they're talking about. You can't declare your feelings for someone simply because they're nice to you for ten minutes. They're not in love; they're just unsure and can't keep it in their pants.
When you see someone who piques your interest, your brain releases a chemical called dopamine. This chemical causes testosterone to be released, which makes you want to lust after that person.
