A good turn deserves another

This proverb is well known by literates in the world and it means that if someone does you a favour,you should take the chance to repay it,ie if a person should do a priceless thing for you,you should at least take a trial to show the person you really appreciate that particular thing the person has done for you. It also means that a person should do something nice for him or her like a birthday present from a close friend to you and you repay him/her back with a friendly and helpful act; good deed that aids,helps or benefit him/her. If you do someone a good turn,they are much more likely to help you out in the future. This proverb is described as when some one helps you in a given or needed situation,we should also give back when we get the right chance or opportunity. The story below describes how a good turn deserves another

Once upon a time,there lived a man whose name is Jamal. He is a proud Muslim with a wife of two kids whose names are Jamil and Khadijah while Jamal's wife name is Adijat. Their family was one of the respected people because of their decent behavior while some(the rich people) doesn't respect him but instead do a how off to their family with money. Jamal and his family was still decent and still believed in the God they serve,prayerful and patient at the same time and hopes that a time will come where they will also be influential and bouyantly rich. Jamil and Khadijah does go to school while Jamal will beg their school principal and negotiate their school fees at a lesser price and the principal will surely have some pity on them because of their financial situation. They were well known for their financial situation in the school and whereabouts. Sometimes when Jamal and his family are going on the road,hypocrites will be talking and gossiping about them and Jamal will be embarrassed and ashamed.

Since he couldn't take it,despite the fact that when he sarches for jobs the vacancy position will always be occupied before he teaches there and sometimes they will tell him to drop his credentials and they will get back to him and he will not receive or hear from them so he went for little penny jobs like fishing,cobbler, tailor but he got all tired of the jobs even though the little money he earns,he does use it to cater part of his family needs which his wife and kids are grateful for.

On this fateful day,the kids were sent away from school since the principal is tired of the petty talks from Jamal. When the kids were about reaching home,as usual they felt embarrassed and ashamed but something unexpected and unusual happened,they saw an elderly man trying to cross the road and as Jamal has always taught them to be nice and kind to elderly people and strangers so the kids helped the man and the elderly man appreciated but before they could leave for their house the old man called them back and told them to take him to their house,the kids were frightened at first until the old man mentioned their dad's name which is Jamal so the kids agreed.

On getting to their house, Jamal immediately recognize the man from far above and immediately he greeted him and the old man explained how Jamal kids helped him cross the road and how Jamal also saved him years back,and he was the general manager of a big company which worths over millions of naira. The old man and Jamal talked and joked with each other and the old man stopped and asked why his kids are not in school. Jamal sighed and explained his job and financial crisis and problems,the old man said that once you have helped me twice'a good turn deserves another' why don't you take over my company,Jamal wanted to refuse but thought about his family and den he agreed to manage his company for him. He told his co workers about Jamal about him being the next general manager,he became extortingly rich and his wife owns a supermarket likewise the kids too have a good education and the best in their schools.

You see' a good turn surely deserves another'. To conclude my article I want to conclude it with a motivating poem about a good turn deserves another and it goes like this;

Sowing the seeds of life

Doing things in a way to obtain good results

Life is filled with impurity and bitterness

One must walk and work circumstanly not as fools but as the the wise

One cannot sow and reap the same day or hour

And when one finally see the tree

He rejoices for the fruit of handwork

Like in a seed in the snow
