Today I decided to write an article on depression to contribute on my little way how to get over being depressed. Depression is something that is almost part of life. It is impossible for anyone to live on earth and not to be in the mood of depression, and there is not a single one that has not been depressed or wouldn't be, but the bitter truth is that not everyone gets in that comes out. Some people gets depressed over little situations, while others gets depressed over big and weighty issues or situations. but no mater the case "depression is depression"Agreed?. Depression is state of serious medical illness that affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act negatively. When someone is depressed at that moment or during the time or period of depression the person will not think normally. All type of negative thoughts goes and run through the victim that is being depressed. Both the body organs and system also do not function normally. At the state of depression all your everyday normal activities that you normally engage yourself in won't be on interest to you anymore. People that are in a state of depression likely lock themselves away and keep themselves isolated.
BUT WHAT CAN MAKE SOMEONE DEPRESSED
But what can make someone depressed.? Many and different kind of incident can place someone in the mood or state of depression. Depression can come as a result of failure, eg accedemic failure, business failure, etc. depression can come as a result of disspoinment,eg expecially when the disspoinment comes from a love one that you trust so much. depression can come as a result from loss, eg when you invest a large amount of money on a business opportunity and its turns out to be fake or even when you lost someon you love so much. But another common but not rare case that leads to depression is from a Relationship, when your partner says he or she doesn't want you anymore. But what will make a particular fellow to be depressed may not be the case of the other depressed patient because some get depressed at little or no reason why other get depressed over worth being depressed. just like some are soft hearted and are easily hurt others are stong hearted and are hardly moved. But no matter how strong that fellow would look or really is, it is of no doubt that at some stage in his or her life they were once or would be a victim of depression. Some persons are weak in the state of depression and others are violent in the state of depression, some end their life in the state of depression ie commiting suicide , others end other people's life, that is commiting murder, However the both case is very bad. Most people do not feel depressed for long, it could be their nature or they have a technique in getting over it while others stay in the situation for long.
REASONS WHY SOME DON'T GET OUT OF DEPRESSION EASILY
Everyone goes into depression for a particular reason. No one is born being depressed. situations, conditions and occasions pave the way for depression and as humans we succumb to it. One of the reasons why a depressed person cannot easily get over depression is when the incident that created the depression does not end, some situations are continues, they don't come and go, one's they come, they stay and live with you for a long time. Some becomes part of your everyday life until you leave the life,while some will take some few days before leaving, but in those few days that the incident remains with you, it keeps reminding you about the state you are and increasing the depression. People die due to depression, they did not commit suicide but the depression itself killed them. People go insane, like this is the most common case and symptoms of depression that is all over the world with the Highst record of depressed victims. People do not even eat when they are depressed, it's not because they don't want to, is just simply because they cannot eat. Depression causes lost of appetite. Some people turn out to be a different human entirely, opposite of what dey used to be before they got victimised of depression. Depression can make a person look older than the actual age. Another reason why people don't get out of depression easily is because they don't know how to do so and some others get over it through a long period of time. But I tell you the truth you can get over depressions at any time. The power to get over depression is the one being depressed.
HOW TO GET OVER DEPRESSION
I cannot tell that it is possible not to get depressed cause with real and True Facts it is impossible not to get depressed. What is very possible is how to quickly and easily get over the depression when you are depressed. If you notice that you are about to be depressed one thing you should do is accept the fact that negative situations has occurred and it cannot be undone. and if the incident is a permanent one, allow your self to accept that it is a permanent situation and tell yourself that there is nothing you can do about it and tell yourself that the best you could do is to move on. If the incident is a temporary one, then you have to know every problem has a solution and instead of you allowing yourself depressed try to look for the solution. But again, you can try to pretend as if the problem did not ever occur,this is difficult but trust me this works better. When you are depressed try at all means to be around people, force yours to watch movies. Listern to your favourite songs. Get yourself involved in social activities. Always avoid that thing that is putting you into depression or try to avoid it by placing your mind away from it. If you have the solution fine. If you don't have the solution to the problem tell yourself I won't allow this problem to weigh me down. I won't allow this problem to defeat me. I won't allow this problem to distract me. I'm bigger than this problem and this problem is not bigger than me. And always keep it in mind that there is no problem that does not have a solution. No matter what look for the solution, there is solution out there waiting for you to find it
Now you have known how to get over depression. It is important you do not allow the problem get over you. Everything does not last forever. So now you know the problem cannot Last forever and there is another thing that I have noticed and it seems to be accurately correct. is that humans cannot stay away from problems entirely. Ones you get the present situation at hand settled another one comes up, and so on and on. So if we allow our problems to weigh us down then we would be weighed down forever. The best is to quickly get a solution. All theses solutions I wrote down on this article, I tried it and it worked perfectly for me, and I strongly believe it will work for anyone that puts it into practice. In fact any time there is a problem allow yours to sleep, I know it is hard but force yourself to sleep, you will notice that when you are awake or when you wake up from that sleep you feel relaxed, refreshing and very lite. At this particular moment you can get a solution easily and quickly.
