Meditation : exploring it
Meditation, this topic is somewhat banal nowadays. With the increase in new advanced technology that is made for the luxurious life, we are constraint to our homes. In the old days when we need to reach a friend, we need to go to their houses. But now just dial a number and he is there. Before we used to enjoy visiting new places but now we explore on the internet. We have our groups in our social networks. Though technology made us modern men, we went on abdicating our physical works.
Not only this, the food that we consume in our daily life contains chemical components from fertilizers and insecticides which can be observed in the physical sense while cooking. Desiring to make more profit in vegetables excess use of these chemicals only disrupt our foods but also the land, water resources, air. Our food which is the source of our energy now is the source of illness. People have been suffering from early ages.
Furthermore, with the increase in population, there has been a rapid increase in pollution indicators. We have polluted all the nature.
Developed countries know that now it can't be controlled because we can't stop what is going on. In every environmental summit, developing countries blames developed ones as "you have destroyed already now when it is our time to be counted as the developed one you are standing against us."
Understanding the situation, developed countries are now searching for possibilities of life on other planets. If we utilized the fund that they are using in exploration we could build better earth than now. But every country must establish the hegemony they want to be first.
You may be feeling, it is not the situation. If it is so, what is your opinion of building a space garden? What would you say about the recent experiment on the seed of cotton?
Scientists don't have any idea how life is going on on another side of the dimension. DNA decided the message but the cotton could not find its supportive energies and it died in space flapping the flag of try next time.
In this milieu, the only savior medicine is Meditation.
MEDITATION: what is it?
Let's not go into the definition of books. Let's try to understand meditation from a subtle view.
Our life comprises of two worlds. One is the physical world and the other is the psychological world. In other words, but simple, in the outside world and inner world.
We can have easy access to the physical world but what about the inner world? How can we enter it?
For this, we have to choose an activity that doesn't need any effort. We don't need to spend energy on meditation. We need to concentrate. If we concentrated to something outside it makes the mind to go on with memories i.e past but we will concentrate to those which goes back and forth to both world.
This is why? In meditation, we choose to go with either our respiration or our thoughts and are the best things you get started. Because they connect both worlds. We need connections. And the final destination of meditation is to drop down the distinguishing wall between the two worlds. We have to make them one.
What makes the barrier?
There is a division between the two worlds because of our minds. How? It is the mind that guides our body and it is the same mind that imbues positions towards the inner world. See the actor is the mind. We need to fight with the mind. If we can win the mind, we can drop down all the illusions that it had created.
Summing this all, I want to convince you to the point that meditation is a way of breaking the wall between the inner world and the outer world. It is also a way to drop down the illusion created by our mind and is also a battle between our self with the mind.
HOW IS MEDITATION TAKEN?
People are understanding mediation, a way of curing illness. No doubt, when there is imbalance without body that stage is taken as an illness when there will be a balance between both worlds slowly everything goes in balancing itself. Our body acts as a system if one part gets ill every part will be affected and the same goes on another way if one part is balance it goes on balancing other parts too.
People take it as a way to increase concentration. As I said meditation is a fight against the mind. When we win over the mind, isn't now we gain our concentration?
People who are tantric practicing tantra, mantra take it as the source of energy. Never try to go to tantra unless you gain control over your mind. If you fall there, there is no way to return, return from the dark world. Humanity has to pay a huge amount of expenses even one enters into tantra without controlling the mind. I never suggest it.
Besides this, there are many advantages to meditation. But believe me, only 0.0000001% even less does meditation. Moreover, people fall into the trap of the mind.
Once I have read it and I don't have exact information. As an example, I present you: once researchers went to the cancer hospital. And all patients routines were changed that at morning time they need to do meditation.They were given a simple task that, they need to sit quietly and have to think that some energy enter into their body and spreads all over the body and fights with cancer and kills it.
After three months, 70% cancer was cured
This is the power of meditation. And the play of mind. If we play on rules much greater dimensions can be explored if we fail we fall in the trap of illusion.
At the nutshell,
Meditation is the way of balancing the inner world with the outer world by breaking down the constraints that makes us to feels that they are apart. If we can make a single part or entity in a balance form in our life, it will attract others to be balance.
Though there are many advantages of meditation at the end of day there is danger of getting into the illusions if the mind too. When will we get into it? The simple answer is when we give much emphasis on the outcomes of meditation. The mind jumps into the play and creates our environment in such a way that everything looks like the reality and things are happening in reality reference of time. But in real we are exploring the imaginary world.
People find their mind settling down after meritation, to check whether it is true or some expansion of interval of thoughts with greater amplitude we need to check from different angles.
Now who does checking? Only a true masters does. Otherwise there are many who can do with taking fees.
