Naiisip ko din ito dati, but since nung medyo tumatagal na ako dito sa read parang hindi naman ata affected but napansin ko malaking problema talaga yung IP Address lalo na kung nakawifi; nung hindi na inoopen ng kapatid ko yung acc nya, bumalik na ulit si random rewarder sa akin.
Nagbubukas ako ng read.cash sa pisowifi pati kapatid ko, I think it has the same address pero di naman yata nakakaapekto. Not sure though.

I'd say random. But it's a program...so at the same time it is not. Within its algorithm, there are parameters and criteria it looks for and it acts accordingly. Maybe it's different everytime but somehow, somewhere, something has a pattern. :)
Yes I agree with this. I am actually studying on how Convolutional Networks and artificial intelligence works. maybe some time I can make an article.

Cheating. Actually, any kind of cheating (like "sub you sub me back", upvoting groups, etc...) disgusts me, so I'll keep my blacklist nearby.
