How to take care of your mental health.

There are a lot of ways to take care of your mental health, but the most common ways are as follows:

  1. Practice Self-care : Be kind to yourself.

  2. Take care of your body : Eat healthy/religiously, drink enough water, preferably water, exercise regularly, get enough sleep.

  3. Have a good social/support group : Stay away from negative vibes.

  4. Learn how to deal with stress and anxiety : Practice good coping skills, practice meditating, mindfulness and/or praying.

  5. Be realistic : Set realistic goals.

  6. Ask for help when necessary : Speak to family/friends, seek professional help.

It's okay to not be okay.

Remember there is no health without mental health.
