Your choices affect your health either negatively or positively and it is important to cultivate being conscious of it. According to the NHS Health survey for England, 9 out of 10 adults are guilty of unhealthy choices which include smoking, limited exercise, not enough fruits, water and vegetables and drinking excessively.
After a long day at work or in school especially when it's sunny,most of us would prefer a cold bottle of soft drinks, something to snack on, and a cold shower.It is important to note that there will always be consequences for every of our actions and choices and so whether i choose a bottle of soft drinks/carbonated drink or a bottle of water , it's a matter of the priority i place on my health.
We even go ahead to start 30- 14 days no soft drink challenge but unfortunately we weren't able to complete, it's hard, it's all good but It is all about discipline. The importance of water cannot be overemphasized and so when you are hear about Hydration,kindly note the Hydro which is water and not champagne,redwine,soft drinks e.t.c ,it is just water.
