People are more, but jobs are few.

There are more mouth to swallow one morsel because they are jobless, unemployed. African are mostly unemployed. Why are they as such? We have to ponder over it.

Unemployment is a worldwide process. It is the most tragic problem all over the world. It is threatening even the advance countries like France, Japan, USA, UK and most likely the urban countries like China and India where there is the population explosion. The developing and underdeveloped countries are its easiy and simple preys.

"Unemployment is an integral part of the normal capitalistic system."

It is an economic term. While it's reverse is employment which means occupation or business or trade. To be engaged in something useful and productive is to be employed. While unemployment is to be out of work or occupation. Its mean causing effects are overpopulation, ineffective system of education, unplanned distribution of labour and wealth and absence of industrial development.

"Unemployment is like a headache or high temperature unpleasant or exhausting but not carrying in itself any explanation of its cause."

I will write about it in some category mode. Firstly, growth of population is the greatest cause of unemployment. People are more but jobs are few. Moreover, all the people don't want to work. For example, in China, all the manpower is utilized because all have to work. But in other countries it is like so. Secondly, our education system is defective. It does not fullfil our demands and requirements. We inherited it from such guys who had designed it to produce clerks to run their offices. Our educational institutions produce young men who run after office jobs and hate manual labour. There are very few technical training centers in any local areas. The unskilled educated young men become a burden on their respective families. They are good for nothing but reading novels and dreaming of high status in society.

"Mind unemployed in mind enjoyed, is body not nourished."

I suggest following suggestions to nullify this social problem.

Government should encourage industrialization like small units should be installed everywhere. The system of their running and taxation should be purified. Big fish should not be allowed to swallow the smaller ones. Educational system should be overhauled. Technical systems should be installed. It should be start from the matriculation so that school leaving young men may be able to earn his living. The mad may pursuit of office jobs should be discouraged. Leisure should be made effective. Population should be kept in limits to avoid over urbanization. All this can be possible after la long term planning.
