Everyone must have been emotional or angry. This is natural, considering that everyone has different life problems. Therefore, it is important to know how to control emotions when angry so as not to cause new problems and have an impact on health.
Here are some ways to control your emotions that you need to keep your emotions under control,
1. Take a deep breath
One way to control emotions is with breathing techniques. Inhale deeply and slowly through your nose, then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Do this for a few moments. With this breathing technique, it is hoped that your emotions will subside.
2. Calm down

The first way to contain emotions is to count. Before you get angry, count from 1 to 10. If you are very angry, count to 100. As you count, your pulse will drop and your anger will be more likely to subside.
7. Write down your worries
Writing down negative emotions on paper can give you some new perspectives on what you're going through. Give yourself a few days to make a complete list. After that, solve the problems one by one to reduce the worries you are experiencing.
8. Counseling
Sometimes, you need someone else's perspective before taking an action or to understand yourself better. You can do counseling with a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist so that your excessive anger can be overcome.
