The development of any country depends on its currency The economy of a country whose currency is strong according to the world's calculations will be strong

Like the language and culture of different countries in the world, its currency was also called by different names The reason for the different names of the currencies of different countries is something like this I will discuss them one by one but first of all the most known will be discussed yes I am talking about Dollar 💰💲

Dollar :

Dollar is the most followed currency in the world .Which runs in America , Australia,Canada, Singapore and many other countries. It is surprising that the dollar is not from English but derived from Germen .The word Dollar is derived from Joachimsthal.It is a valley loaded of silver mining ⛏️ caves .Silver matel produced from these caves were used for silver coin manufacturing which were called Joichimsthaler. Which then with the passage of time changes to thaler and then turns to dollar

Pound :

The currency of England is known as pound 💷. With England it is also followed in Egypt ,Lebanon, Sudan, Syria. The word found is derived from a Latin word "pounds" which means weight.In the past pound was used in the face of different weightages of gold which than changes to currency notes with the passage of time .But the name is yet used as pound 💷

Dinar :

The currency of Kuwait, Jordan ,Algeria and ,Serbia is known as dinar. It is derived from latin word dinner"dinarus" .In ancient Rome it's word seems to be commonly used for the coins made out of silver.Which has become a currency of many countries in the modern age

Yuan , Yen and won :

The currency of China is known as yuan Japan's currency is known for yen while currency of Korea is won.But why ...

Did you guess their names are too similar and when we speak our mouth becomes round this is the matter.Yuan ,Yen and Won means same in all these three languages which means round or round coin .Just the because the language difference in different regions

Corona :

Corona virus comes in our mind when we listen to it but it is not a name of disease really iam taking here about corona a currency which really exists in many countries in North Europe including Sweden ,Denmark and Iceland their currency is called Corona .

Corona is a Latin word which means crown this is the cause of Corona virus named corona because it's surface is crownical.

Riyal :

Saudi Arab, Qatar ,Iran, yaman, Oman follow the currency riyal. A man in the street may think that it is an Arabic word but in fact this word doesn't relate with Arabic actually it is derived from latin word "Riphalus" which means Royal.I remember with the name of its derivation Alexander the great's horse name was beusé phïlus Wich relate some thing to royality .yah I got it. That's why in these regions currency issued by the royal official is called Riyal and name the the distorted shape of "Riphalus"

Ruppee :

Now let's talk about my own country why rupya is know as rupya .Currency followed in India Indonesia and Pakistan is known for rupees. And it is not a word of Urdu it is derived from Sanskrit which means silver before the separation of subcontinent the word used for coins was rupya and now still it is used for currency mau listener says that it is an Urdu word but it is Sanskrit.

It proves that the name of every currency in the world depends upon their civilization and culture and nations never changes their currency names for centuries which is their identity.
