How to avoid distractions?

Have you ever promised yourself that this time it will be different? Will you be 100% focused and you won't let anything get in your way?

The next thing you know is after 2pm, you've checked your email, scrolled through Facebook, and read a few articles, but what you haven't studied and since you've been distracted now. Feel guilty and then you start worrying about the future, due to which he feels helpless and the negative cycle of distractions continues. If this happens to you and you find it difficult to focus on your work or study, then this article is for you.

  • Use Applications

There are many time management and productivity applications that can help you. Stay away from phones, some of them are jungle based and time saving.

  • Use 2 accounts on your computer

One is for study or work only, while the other can be used in your spare time. That way, you can divert your attention from your free time and avoid multitasking, or check something instantly in just 2 minutes.

  • CLEAR YOUR SPACE

Keep only the most necessary things on your desk and remove the rest so you do not have them near you or information.

  • Put your thoughts on paper

The reason is that when you start to think about something and you need to remember it, for later or to have a new idea, you do not want to forget it so by having a blank paper on your side, you can transfer the acquired from your brain to paper.

Just by typing it, you can think of yourself as staying focused without having to bother. When there is a lot of noise around you, you can listen to music.

To block out other distractions, there is a playlist on Spotify that I can highly recommend called Deep Concentration.

This is a playlist with calm and relaxing background music that helps you focus on the present moment and what you are doing right now.

Wherever you are, you can decide not to be distracted by things that have nothing to do with your goals because you don't want to look back and know that you could have done better, you can have accomplished better, the choice is yours, and your awareness is like another muscle for your frame as you teach it. It becomes stronger and your ability to concentrate increases.

I used or always get this one especially now that i'm not working anymore because of my mother though before, not getting that much distrations when i'm still working, just sometimes lng po, lol
