Method
Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic and ginger paste in it.Add chicken and cook it for 4-5 minutes on flame.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder and salt.Mix it and leave it by covering.
After 5 minutes, add yogurt, green chilli , cumin seeds, methi and all spices powder and coriander .
Mix it and cook it on low flame till chicken is tender and all water dries up.
Chicken Karahi is ready to eat.
