People will hurt you.

There's a reason why people come and go. Maybe their meant to stay or their chapter in your story has ended. You don't have to please everyone. You can always say no. Don't force yourself to the things that's not meant for you and to the people who don't want you.

I know it's not easy but you have to let go of toxic and bad people in your life. Don't feed your mind with sadness try focus on the blessings instead. Some people will make you suffer but don't stop. You may fall but you have to breathe, wipe your tears, stand up and move forward.

Accept your flaws, start doing what feels right for you. You're in charge of your feelings. Don't miss the opportunity to learn from everything you've been through.

That's life, you made wrong decisions but you will learn from it. You get hurt but you also heal.

Always remember that you are the star of your story. You will always have a choice. Be consistent of the things that will make you improve mentally, spiritually and physically. Consistency is the Key.
