Let's Play MyDefiPet's Boss Fight Event: How Profitable Currently The Game Is?

Believe it or not, MyDefiPet is not yet on its full Play-To-Earn mode but some people are already making tens and hundreds of dollars every season with MyDefiPet's Boss Fight event with each season that last for 15 days where each day there are 3 Boss monsters to battle for every players and its pets and possibly gain good rewards.

Currently, the Boss Fight event is on its 5th season and shows no sign of closing it, it will probably stay forever in the game even when PVP, Arena and other Play-To-Earn features of the game arrives. And in this article I will show and tackle all about the Boss Fight event and show how much players earn on this every season.

What Is The Boss Fight?

"The Boss Fight" of MyDefiPet is specifically only an event, which means it will only be available for a certain amount of time. However, since the MyDefiPet team has been having problems and delaying the original Play-To-Earn feature, the Arena, the team looks like want the event to stay a lot longer and made it available every 15 days - seasonal. No official announcement from the team whether or not the current feature will be forever in the game.

In order to take part in The Boss Fight, players need to own a pet. For you to have a pet, you need 3 $DPET tokens to buy an egg and hatch it, leveled it up to level 10 so you can evolve it and upgrade it to level 20 (curren max level).

Supposing you have the pets, you would need Food as a ticket in the Boss Fight so you can deploy your pet in the battlefield. Here's the simple steps;

1. Go to the World Boss tab.

2. Click Sign-up (red arrow).

3. Choose the pet you want to deploy.

4. Make sure you have enough Food as deployment fee. It cost 5,000 Food for level 10 pets and a max 20,000 Food for level 20 pets.

5. Then wait for your pet's battle to end and receive your rewards.

You will get rewarded base on you pet's damage damage to the Boss. And if you are lucky enough to make the last hit to kill the Boss, you will receive 30 $DPET tokens as a reward.

How Much Money Players Are Getting From The Game?

See the picture below.

The top 5 players of the game base on the damage they dealt to the Boss. They will receive;

1. 3,000 $DPET

2. 2,000 $DPET

3. 1,000 DPET

4. 800 $DPET

5. 600 $DPET

If they maintained their rank until season ends.

And the top 6th to 10th players will receive 500 $DPET token each.

These rewards is only for the top 10 players in the leaderboard but the top 11 to 1,000 players also receive a good amount of $DPET tokens at the end of the season.

For Average Player's Earnings.

When I say "average players", I don't literally mean the players itself but rather the players pets. Average player like me who only has few pets are very limited to play and earn in the untill all the pets I own will be evolved and fully leveled up.

I only have 10 pets but only have 4 reliable pets in the Boss Fight;

• 1 level 19 Spike that was breed out from Bugsy and Spike.

• 1 level 14 Bugsy.

• 1 level 15 Spike.

• 3 level 10 Venoms.

• 2 level 10 Adonis.

• 1 level Tygra

• 1 level 10 Ao Shun.

I always make sure to use first my 2 Spike, Bugsy and Ao Shun as they deal better damages to the Boss compared to other other 6 pets of mine.

I have only decided to join the Boss Fight last season but only took part once, but I somehow manage to gain 4.2 $DPET tokens - also a reason to hatched my Ao Shun pet.

In the current season, I actively join the battle and during the last 2 partakes I managed to gain 3.6 $DPET tokens.

When the season ends, I have already expected to gain around 7-8 $DPET tokens, which is around $4, and that is not so bad for me for every 15 days. However, I don't plan on withdrawing these tokens and will probably use to it hatched another egg(s) to add in my inventory or evolved one of my pets for better statistics.

Conclusion.

Many people always talk bad about the game without realizing the goodness it currently has. Like I mentioned above, the game still hasn't switched to a full mode Play-To-Earn game and the team behind it is probably finalizing a great launch of its P2E features. And in the long term, I can see that MyDefiPet will really take high place for being one of the most profitable, fun and sustainable blockchain game in the space.
