A few years ago I attended a sports camp in the jungles of Malaysia where I had the one of a kind opportunity to face my physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and you name it demons. It was an extreme experience that had a gigantic impact on my life, helping me quantum leap my level of consciousness and break through fears and several disempowering beliefs that were holding me back both in business as well as my personal life.

While performing several exercises that required a strong mental stamina, one of my mentors mentioned John Kehoe and suggested I dive deeper into his work as a leading authority on mind power. On my quest to increase my mental strength I’ve read Kehoe’s books, went through his Mind Power program and seminar and also had the amazing privilege to meet him in person.

Unlike his most popular book “Mind Power” or the revamped version entitled “Mind Power into the 21st century” where the author provides an in-depth analysis of the mind while immersing the reader into the holographic reality of what we call life, “Quantum Warrior: The Future of the Mind” is a sublime introduction into the world of quantum physics pushing the boundaries of reality, time and space as we perceive them currently.

In “Quantum Warrior” the author reveals how to decipher the mysteries of the very operating system that controls our reality to enable us to become athletes of the mind. To accomplish this difficult task and thus help us master our thoughts, he shares several disciplines and instruments that we can apply immediately to create an entirely new model of reality that has a positive impact on us and those around us.

How can we use our mind to learn the masterful art of choreographing energy and create a life we truly want?

“Quantum Warrior” is a phenomenal guide, set out to provide actionable steps to help us discover our unique imprint and thus be able to find the answer to the above question.

The book is structured in thirteen chapters enabling the reader to first familiarize himself with the notion of quantum mechanics, consciousness and the concept of a multidimensional universe. As we read along, the author pulls back the layers of sophistication that feed the intellect to reach the point where he can show us the astounding possibilities that lie at our fingertips.

These cutting-edge discoveries revealed in a practical way give us the opportunity to nurture our soul like no previous generation has ever done before.

💎💎💎

One of my favorite parts is chapter number ten, where the author provides seven practices aka warrior disciplines to increase our effectiveness and enhance our energy, becoming alert, intuitive and able to act with clarity and precision.

The first discipline requires to stalk our mind the same way a hunter stalks an animal. We have to become familiar with our inner chatter, the habits and routines. By stalking our internal dialogue we notice how our energy is captured by dysfunctional habits. Getting to know our self is indeed a tricky work. This is one of the reasons why John Kehoe calls the mind the Great Trickster.

Another discipline teaches us to drop pettiness as there’s no time for this ‘activity’ in the life of a warrior. Here are some of the pettiness traps we need to drop: self-importance and self-pity where the mind is overly preoccupied with itself, fear, worry, hate, criticism, and other habits that deplete our energy reservoir.

Dropping doesn’t mean we don’t recognize these altered states of the mind. However, we don’t allow them to cripple us mentally and have a toxic effect on our body.

My absolute favorite warrior discipline is where we consciously focus on gathering and harvesting moments of fun, joy and beauty by feeling gratitude.

What fascinates and inspires me most about “Quantum Warrior” is the fact that every single chapter starts with a unique and special quote that touches one’s soul at the deepest level. Don’t expect one of those regurgitated quotes we find all over the web.

The hands-on actionable tips and techniques provided in this book have enabled a paradigm shift in my thinking process opening up a new reality full of possibilities I couldn’t fathom previously.

Conclusion

What makes this classical book about the future of the mind stand out is Kehoe’s unique approach to bring across such a difficult and highly sophisticated topic in a very digestible format. Today, these cutting-edge discoveries where science is pushed to its edges lie at our fingertips. It is up to us to unplug from the program that has perpetually hijacked our souls and regain control over our precious lives.

If you want to play the game of life in this 3D realm according to your principles, I would suggest reading this book. It’s 205 pages, worth of your time delving into the depths of your mind, consciousness and the quantum reality.
