Introduction: This tree is mainly creeping and grows in many places. Its leaves look a lot like tamarind leaves. It has 20-40 large leaves. In spring the leaves fall off. In autumn, it looks like a lot of bean flowers and is filled with pink flowers. The fruit looks like a bean. Kunch used to be found all over Bangladesh but now it is almost extinct in Bangladesh. Apart from Bangladesh, it is more or less found in India, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. In our country, these two species of hemorrhoids and white hemorrhoids are commonly seen. Blood clots are commonly seen in these. Other common names of Raktakunch in different regions and languages ​​are Rati, Ratti, Kunch, Koich Gota, Churamani, Shangustha, Gunja, Soumya, Shikhandi, Krishnala, Aruna, Tamrika, Raktika, Kamboji, Villibhushana, Manchura etc.

The women of Santal community also make different types of ornaments with kunch fruits. The fruit is pierced with a needle and made into a yarn or ornament in the middle. It also has some herbal uses. The juice of the leaves is used for colds, coughs and colic. The toxic part of the bud is the seeds and roots. Seed extract has been identified as an herbicide that kills antibiotics and cancer cells.

Headache - If you have a headache, you have to take it with white crumbs. Then if you take this powder like snuff, the headache will be reduced.

আন To bring vomiting - If you need to bring vomit after eating too much or something poisonous, then you can get peace by vomiting by mixing 3-4 grams of the root of kunch in a cup of water.

➢ Stomach ache - Stomach ache 10-12 drops of juice mixed with half a cup of water will cure it.

In case of abdominal pain, 10-12 drops of the juice is crushed and mixed with half a cup of water. Outside the subcontinent, this tree is used for various ailments like tetanus, jaundice, bronchitis, tuberculosis, eczema, stomach ache, diabetes, skin cancer etc.

➢ In case the scab is not healing at all, if 100 g of sesame oil is heated and the foam is removed, it will be cured by frying it with 10 g of curd paste and applying it on the old scab.
