A story from the contact center

Hello, I am Mila and I work in the contact center of a cable television in Belgrade 
and I will tell you a short conversation between me and the user which is very 
interesting. 
Working in a contact center can be very interesting. 
Through this work, different profiles of people really get to know that even, dear readers, you can't even imagine what you can come across.
One day an elderly lady calls me and asks me to add a package of porn channels to her existing television package.
I, confused, am informed about the price of the package and say that it was forwarded for activation. 
Confused, because the lady was born in 1946. So, she is 74 years old. And here in Serbia, it is seen differently. 
It was early in the morning around 8 am when she called me.
As her channels were not activated immediately, she called me again a little later and asked me what was happening, which is why her channels were not activated. 
In order for the lady in question to tell me the following "Please hurry with the activation of the channel, I have to be ready for tonight".
I will remember this story for a long time.
We had a good laugh that day .....
