Mom may not be physically with us anymore but we still celebrate her birthday. Last Saturday was her special day. After a nerve cracking and a busy week, I was finally able to write the recipe of this mac 'n cheese I made, the Meat Lovers Mac 'n Cheese. It's a 3-cheese (regular cheese, cheddar, mozzarella) pasta and I made it meaty with marinated ground beef and bacon bits to add more flavor to the plain mac 'n cheese. wow! yum yum neto sis ah! tama dapat celebrate pa din natin mga special occasions kahit wala na sila. Out of their memories and respect and love natin sa kanila.
