My imagination triggered my creative juices the last time I bought my stock of foods before the government imposes heightened restrictions due to the Covid variant spreading here. Part of the meal I planned is our local dish, sisig. I planned to make one using milkfish but unfortunately, it's not available and I'm running out of time to finish buying so I decided to buy cream dory for a substitute. This made me improvise a different variation of sisig. I decided to cook fish fillet sisig. It was a success and I enjoyed the heavy meal. I ate this for lunch. If you want to try making one, I'm sharing the recipe in this article https://read.cash/@KrisCastro/fish-fillet-sisig-ae19baa5. It's very simple and easy to prepare. Enjoy the meal.

Sarap talaga kasi ng dory eh. Buti meron nyan nung time na walang bangus.

Ganun talaga ayos ayos muna bago picturan at ipost hihi.
