🏀 HANAMICHI SAKURAGI 🏀 After almost 5 months, I'm so glad to be able to draw anime again. I really miss it so I drew Hanamichi Sakuragi, the main character in the anime, Slam Dunk. This is my work in progress. I'll be transferring this to a vellum drawing paper and put full color to it. To the anime fans out there, especially to my age group, this guy will surely bring nostalgia to your high school days. I'm a Sakuragi fan. His crazy antics made me laugh my ass out each time I watch him. I love how he kicks ass too when he brawls with the bad guys. I dedicate this drawing to one of my friends here and a fellow Sakuragi fan, @EirMacEnaj as birthday present. I'll be catching up on that. Will post the finished product once I'm done coloring it.

Nung May pa ang birthday nya eh. Sobrang ngarag ako ng ilang months kaya ngayon ko lang nastart ang drawing. May 3 pa na pending hehe mga pahabol sa birthday.

Hehe ako din di ko kaya wala reference kasi di ko naman sariling drawing style yun eh. Pag mga characters naghahanap ako ng magandang references tapos pinagsasama ko sila.
I saw the photo first before reading your post and I was just about to say, “oh, how nostalgic”! Pawis-pawis pa kararating ng bahay from school tapos yan ang palabas. Nood muna bago ligo. 😂 Priorities talaga. Ahaha! Kasi naman pahirapan dati, pag namiss mo episode sa TV, wala na. Ngayon, thank goodness for internet talaga.
Haha oh diba nostalgic. Dahil wala pa youtube dati talagang magmamadali tayo umuwi para abutan ang anime authority. Marathon na yan. Habang dinodrawing ko to natatawa ako. Naalala ko mga kalokohan ni sakuragi. 😄
I love to watch anime too and love to draw them but I'm not that good as you do. Nakakatawa talaga yan.
Wow sana may naitago ka pang drawings. Pwede mo pa yun post. Sa anime nga din nadevelop ang talent ko sa arts. Gusto ko maenhance pa kasi matagal din ako natigil eh.
