Good morning my friends, today I will show you the way to create a homemade bread with super taste and believe unforgettable smell in whole your house . Let’s start

Ingredients

300 grams of wholemeal flour

300 grams of hard flour

1.5 kg salt

350 grams of lukewarm water

30 grams of fresh yeast

1 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. olive oil

4 tbsp. mixed seeds for bread

Preparation

In a bowl, pour the yeast with the water, the olive oil and the honey and dissolve them. Add the flour, salt and seeds and knead well for 5-10 minutes. If necessary, add more flour so that it does not stick. The dough must be elastic and not stick. Cover the bowl with a towel and place it in a warm place for 1 hour to swell. If we want, we put it in the off oven with the door closed. Knead it again to let the air go and put it in a large oiled pan covered for another hour. Preheat the oven to 200-210 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. Leave it to cool and cut it.
