Ingredients
For the meatballs
300 gr. ground beef
200 gr. minced pork
1 onion
1 tomato
3 tbsp. breadcrumbs
1 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. dried oregano
salt
freshly ground pepper
For baked potatoes
5 potatoes
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
1/2 lemon (juice) juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup water
salt
freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices of the same thickness. Then cut them in half.
Spread them on the baking sheet. Add spicy mustard, lemon juice, oregano, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
In a bowl, mix the pork with the ground beef, oregano, vinegar, breadcrumbs, egg and grated onion. Season with salt and pepper. Press the tomato to extract its juice in the mixture of minced meat, parsley and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients by hand until the flavors bind together. The mixture should be soft. If it is hard, dilute it with a little water. If it is too thin, add a little more toast.
We shape burgers of the same size and thickness with our hands. We shape them large because with the baking they will reduce their volume in με We place them on top of the potatoes. Touch the center of each burger with your finger to form a small dent.
Season with salt and pepper and add water to the middle of the pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200oC for 1 hour, until the burgers are cooked and the potatoes are well softened.
