About Unemployment

You must know the problem of unemployment is as much a curse for the unemployed and as it is for the country,the nation and the economy of a country.so,everybody should know about this curse and its consequences.Because unemployment is a problem that can easily paralyze a family,a society or a country financially. As a result many unexpected events happen which many of us family member admit.

Now let's say what is unemployment??

Unemployment is a situation when a person aged 15 t0 16 or above is actively looking for a job or is willing to work but cannot engage himself in the workplace.

Now we can see some surveys which would say somthing about unemployment.According to ILO Bangladesh is far ahead in terms of unemployment. And currently 12th in terms of unemployment. In the financial year 2014 and 2015 only 6 lakh people have been employed while in the current job market 54 lakh jobs are needed.

No such servey has been conducted in the last three years.According to latest 2016-2017 survey the size of the workforce is 6 core 75 lakhs.6 core 35 lakhs of them are operational and works about 6 core 8 lakhs.According to ILO unemployment rate has increased  25%.

Let's highlight some of the reasons behind unemployment.

Just think those who are highly educated may know that we don't want to if we don't get a job we expect.

Moreover,as job opportunities in the private sector have not increased so much.For this everyone wants to go for government job,but at present there is not enough government employment.

Another reason is that the number of highly educated youth is increasing but  the growth rate of employment neglible.

Currently, 51.6 percent of the population is dependent on agriculture and remaining 50% is dependent on job prospects, further exacerbating the problem of unemployment.

Well do you think that way?Is not getting a job a personal problem? Doesn’t the state have any Responsibility?

Let's talk about eliminating unemployment.

First of all,the government should increase employment so that no young people despite of getting  higher education, is not frustrated by lack of jobs.

Then we need to change our mindest.You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.

In addition to everything else, we also need to keep in mind that extra frustration sould not be the cause of any mishap.we have to overcome all the situations with patience and overcome unemployment.
