Causes Of Deficiency Of Confidence

I have been working in the Human Resource Department for 20 years as a principal.I have taught different classes from primary level to post graduate classes in different institutions.According to my personal experience, self-confidence is the basic requirement of personality grooming and development.

If we focus on self-confidence of a student,we can get all expected goals and objectives. We can make him an ideal personality, fellow, friend,human and citizen.He will  serve  humanity regardless of caste, creed, colour, religion and nationality.

Which Factors Disturb Confidence and personality?

According to my personal experience, human psychology and scientific research, you can build up the confidence  and personality of your children and students by avoiding the following factors.

1-Humiliation and insult

Self-respect is a key element for confidence and personality development in students.If a teacher humiliates a student in the class,he is trying to destroy his confidence and personality.Never degrade your students, always encourage them and give them honour and respect.

2-Punishment and oppression

Punishment is the second factor which destroys self-confidence and personality of  students.Always treat children with love and affection,it accelerates not only their confidence but also their overall performance.

3-Sexual Harassment

Being immature and emotional, children  have to face sexual harassment which destroys their personality and they remain disturb for a long time.Research shows that generally sexual harassment is done by near and dear ones like relatives,neighbours, class fellows , teachers and friends.Always supervise them. 

4-Inferiority or superiority complex

Inferiority or superiority complex is also very harmful for personality development and confidence.Some students destroy their personality by Inferiority complex and some by superiority complex and become rude and selfish.

5-Drug Addition

Drug addiction is a main factor which destroys the personality of students,they lose will power and become pessimist and hopeless.They don't have the ability to face the challenges of life.They become a parasite.

6-Bad company

Some students destroy their personality because of bad company.They fall a prey to social evils due to bad company.Always keep away your children from bad company.
