Back pain is a very common problem and will affect many of us, at some point during our lives.
The good news is that in most cases it isn't a serious problem, and it might just be caused by simple strain to a muscle or ligament.
As far as possible, its best to continue with your with your normal everyday activities as soon as you canand do to keep moving.
Being active and exercising wont make your back pain worsen , even if you have a bit of pain and discomfort at first. Staying active well help by you get better.
Worst symptoms of back pain:
Persistent fevers
Unplanned weight loss
Blood in the stool or urine
Progressive numbness or weakness in the legs
Inability to urinate or have a bowel movement
Loss of bowel / bladder control
Pain at night
Sexual dysfuction
Balance problems
Pain not alleviate or worsened by different positions
Recent I. V. drug use
Progressive worsening of pain despite relative rest
Recent trauma
Some symptoms can come suddenly while others can ramp up gradually
