The memory of people lives for as long as their good deeds live

The elderly Collin couple had lost their only son 5 years ago. And still, when they go to the cemetery, they cry for their son. He was a policeman and did his job sincerely. That day, in the morning, he was going to his duty. His mom told him to take care of him. He ensured his mom of it and forbade to worry.

Everything was good like always. Mrs. Collin had her lunch and was taking a rest. That time her phone rang. When she picked it up, she paled. She was informed of her son's death. The person continued saying, "Your son was on duty and...." But the old mother already dropped the phone. She started crying.

His whole life he had been dreaming of saving people's lives and he left this world the same way-saving lives. Their son's friends and acquaintances came to console the old couple for the first few days. Days went by and the people forgot about their son very fast. The old woman one day told her husband that none of them ever stopped by and their son had treasured them. The parents struggled with their grief alone. She every day cleaned her son's photo and whispered, "I miss you so much, honey."

The parents were paying another regular visit to their son at the beginning of summer. When they reached the grave, they both were very surprised. Everything was green and the flowers were blooming of her son's grave. She told her husband that it was so hot there, so, there should be someone who was taking care of these to bloom. But her husband asked her who was going it.

The parents returned home after the visit. But they didn't figure out who was behind it. So, they kept thinking about what they saw for a long time after dinner. She told him that maybe cemetery workers had done that. But when her husband told her that the flowers were planted only around their son, they thought it was a point. So, since that day they tried to go there more often to meet the person who had been taking care of that place. But they saw nobody there though the flowers were still blooming and were not dried up for summer.

However, they didn't give up and one day they were successful. When they reached there, they saw a woman. She was planting more flowers there. They decided to talk to the woman so stepped forward. The woman looked at them and saw to stop them by the policeman's grave. She asked the old couple if they were his parents.

She stood up and said that she owed the most important thing she had in life to their son. That's why she came there and do the least she could. She continued saying that the day their son was gone he had saved her child. He was a real hero to her. But she didn't know what else she could do except growing flowers there in his good memory. She thanked the policeman's parents for their son.

The Collins heard her with impressed heart. They were feeling proud of their son. They felt warmed because someone was remembering their son. They invited the woman over for dinner. She came with her child. The boy was wonderful. He was so excited to meet his hero's parents.

This family became a relief for the elderly couple. There was someone else in this world who shared their grief and was remembering their son. They started to communicate and get together often. They shared many things and also the mother had shown their family album to the woman. She was very much interested to see the life of the policeman.

On the next anniversary, they came to visit their son not alone. That woman and also her son went with them. Mr. Collin said that they loved him and put the flower bouquet near the grave. The woman thanked him and her son said that he thought he would like to become a policeman when he grew up and put the flowers.
