Jessie is a restaurant worker. She lives along with her little child. As her husband has passed away she is a single mom now and trying to do her best for her child, Jack.
Her husband was a manager of a business community in their town. Jack wasn't born yet. One day he was going to a business meeting and on his way he crashed. He was spot dead and could not say his last words with Jessie.
Jessie lost her hopes and condemn her into a dark room. But one day he found herself with her husband's child. As soon as she got this, she ran to the hospital and see the lights. Yes, she is going to be a mom! Then she started living her life for her kid.
Before the child birth she bought a new house and managed a good post in a nearby restaurant. She bought her child's dress, toys, adorn a room for him and also thinking of hiring a nanny. This all worked good and she got her healthy son.
Now Jack is 5 years old. Jessie has become the restaurant manager. She now can feed themselves and having some savings too. Everything runs to be fine until that night.
It was 2 am and Jessie was sleeping. After a hard working day she was in deep sleep. Suddenly her son screamed from the next room. She woke up and rushed to his room. She switched on the light. But he was not there. Jessie followed the screaming and went to the downstairs. She hugged her son since he was trembling with fear. Jessie took her to room and asked what happened.
Jack said he went to the downstairs as there was no water in the room. When he was about to return he heard some murmuring nearer. Jessie didn't take it seriously. Any animal can do this sound.
But as the day passes Jessie noticed that her son's behavior is changing. He is not like before, not happy and most often he seems to be in fear. Jessie asked but Jack had no reply.
One night Jessie was not at home. She went to the next city as her company wants to open a new restaurant there. Jack wasn't alone in the home. His mother's best friend, Natasha was with him this time. They took dinner and went to sleep. That night when it was 2 am Jack screamed again as the he heard the same murmuring at the nearest distance. He continued trembling and screaming with fear. His mother's friend rushed to him and she also heard the murmuring. She also noticed that Jack was talking in an unknown language with someone invisible in front of him. Jack getting more afraid.
Natasha got afraid to see this sudden change of the environment. She rushed to the phone and tried to call Jessie. But it turned out that the telephone line is dead. She was at a loss.
But suddenly there was a knock on the door. Natasha got her soul back. She quickly opened the door and it was Jessie! She was about to tell Jessie every thing that happened. But it seemed that Jessie knows there's something serious and strange thing has happened.
Jessie rushed to her child and he fainted on her lap. They both took Jack to the bed room and decided to be awake the rest of the night. They were waiting for something to be happened. And it didn't disappoint them this time. Suddenly Jack opened his eyes and rushed to the downstairs. Jessie and Natasha followed him. They got afraid whether Jack is out of his mind. By this time, they both have understood there's something mysterious here. So, they rushed too.
This time Jack didn't stop in the downstairs, rather he went to the way of basement. They followed Jack but as they were going nearer the basement, Jack's speed was increasing. They couldn't get Jack stop and he went to the basement.
Jessie and Natasha went to the basement and started searching for Jack. Suddenly Natasha saw Jack standing in front of a mirror and whispering. They both went to him. They also looked at the mirror and got freezed. They clearly could seen the image inside the mirror. Instead of seeing their own reflection they saw an old lady inside it. Now her speech is not murmuring anymore. They clearly could hear her.
She said to Jack, "Come with me, dear. I am your mother."
Jack said in fear, "No. No. You are not!"
Jessie was shocked with this conversation. She asked why she's saying so. Who is she. The reply from her was shocking. She said she is living here for last 170 years. She had a son. It was like Jack's age. One day she was not at home and her child was alone in there. When she returned she saw police in front of her house and they gave her the shocking news. Her child had died. She couldn't believe it and died by a hear stroke on the spot. Since then she's been living here and believed that her child will return to her. So when she saw Jack in this home, she thought it's her son. And then she tried to convince Jack to come to her.
Jessie got shocked and thought something bad is going to happened. But they didn't noticed the time. Soon it became day and the first sun light entered the room. When the light fell on the mirror, the old lady disappeared.
Jessie didn't want to live in this house anymore. She put the house on sell and immediately shifted with Natasha. Then when she moved in a new home, she kept a nanny for her son. She took more care for her son and hope her son will forget this nightmare soon. The good thing is that, Jack is really getting well and started his school.
