Cliara own a boutique showroom by her own. She is very diligent and wanted everyone not to waste a single time. Even she was so serious and rude that she didn't wanted to give them a break.
Whenever she enter the showroom she wanted to see all her staffs to work properly. And consequently everyone became very scared of her. She always wanted the most perfect thing, she even couldn't pardon a simple mistake.
One day the manager went to her with the monthly report. She found a silly mistake in it and shouted on him whether he has brought any report. Though the mistake was nothing to do with the report she ordered him to do the it again.
All of her staffs listened this conversation and whispered about her rude behavior. They discussed that she was insufferable for sure.
Even she had not a good relationship with her family. She, her husband and their beautiful daughter lived together. But like the staffs her husband and daughter was always afraid of her. They were always in tension about what will Cliara say at their deeds.
Once her daughter made a bad result and showed her the mark sheet. She became angry as soon as she saw it. She asked the reason of this terrible mark and then ordered her to go to her room and study. The beautiful daughter, Anne did it silently.
Her husband was standing near them. He observed everything and asked Cliara to be calm. He told her that Anne is her daughter not his staffs. But Cliara took everything as business and asked her husband to keep calm as this was not his duty.
One day one of her staff named Sarah was 3 minutes late in the show room. She noticed it and instantly fired her. Sarah was shocked about this. She begged that she was working there for last 15 years. So, she requested her to give her another chance. But Cliara was not changing her decisions. When Sarah was about to leave she told Cliara something truth that if she didn't behave herself and adjusted her behavior, one day she would be ended up all alone. And then she left.
Cliara was first thinking if Sarah is saying so. Then she madly laughed at this as it's never going to happen. And when she noticed that the staffs are listening to this, she warned them to back to the work otherwise will be fired like Sarah. They all went to work but whispered that Sarah is not totally wrong.
One day while working Cliara felt tired and she thought of having a cup of coffee. She thought there maybe someone who is going to make it for her. So, she went to the staff's room and asked for a coffee. But where everyone was. She looked here and there but no where they are. Finally she found a note saying that they were not going to work for her anymore. So, they quit.
Sarah got angry but didn't took it seriously as she knew she could find new staffs when she would want. She thought that nothing would happen till she has customers. So, she called one of her customer offering her a new collection. But the customer refused to shop from her show room. She tried to reach a number of customers but all went in vein. They all refused to buy from there. She couldn't understand what happened to the people.
She thought this nightmare is finally would over but she needed some rest with her family. So she went home. But as soon as she opened the door she saw another woman with her husband and daughter. They three were happy with each other. When she asked what was happening her husband replied that life with Cliara was unbearable and so he had found another woman who is nice and kind. They three were leaving the house and she heard her daughter saying that Anne loved her new mommy. Only this time she cried and tried to stop them. She asked her husband what would happen to her then. He said that no one can handle her with such a temper. And she left Cliara behind.
At the evening Cliara woke up and found out that this was a dream. She had a sigh of relief. She decided to get things fixed immediately. And then at first she went to Sarah. Sarah was packing her staffs for the final leaving. Then Cliara appeared there and requested her to stay. Sarah became surprised and happy at this and felt grateful towards her boss. Cliara also beg pardon for the rude behave and mistakes she had done over the period. All of her staffs became happy and welcomed the new Cliara cordially. Her staffs whispered that they didn't know what had happened to their boss but they thought it to be a miracle.
Then Cliara went home and found her sad and afraid daughter standing with her mark sheet. She apologized to her mother that she couldn't make a good grade in this exam too. But with utter surprise her daughter saw her mom to smile at this too. Cliara said that she was the one who should be sorry as he had been too rude to her. She appreciated her daughter as she was doing a good job. Anne couldn't believe this to be happening. Near her husband was standing. She went to him and begged pardon for her misbehavior. She also thanked him for being with her so patiently. Mike became glad and said that he still loved her. He asked his wife what made her attitude to be changed. She replied she had just realized that she could lose lost of important people and this was the reason.
We have a great lesson from Cliara. We should protect and appreciate everything we have. Because if we lose them, we may never get them back.
