Hi! Yesterday I was decorating my room. I was doing it alone and there was no one in my room. So, to spend some quality time, I searched "Mirchi Bangla" on YouTube. It's a radio and they upload their beautiful contents on their YouTube channel. I love the way of presenting their stories.
So, I was going through their playlist and found a playlist named "Sunday Suspense Originals". I thought it would be some rich stories. So, I played it.
But the story was horror!
No matter, it was daytime and there was enough light inside my room. So, instead of being alone in my room, I dared to listen to it. (Normally I don't listen to horror at night)
The name of the story was "Pochish Bawchor Pawre" written by Sayak Aman. I have never read or listened to any of his stories. However, the English translation of the story is "After 25 years".
The story in short:
Inspector Shishir Sonyal appointed Ritu as a governess in Mallik House. After one week of this, one night at 2:30 am he got a phone call from her. She was so afraid and could not talk. However, she managed to say Jasodha Mallik has returned and will kill everybody.
Hearing this, inspector Shishir went to the house. He was confused whether Ritu saw something that could harm her, or she had some mental disorder. Because Jasodha Mallik died 25 years ago!
When he reached the house, every neighborhood was sleeping and the house was so calm. He looked right and saw the stairs. He was about to step up when he saw Jasodha Mallik's mother having a big knife scar on her face. He also saw Ritu holding the knife. So, it was quite clear that Ritu had hurt Mrs. Mallik.
When they reached the first floor, they saw Paritosh Mallik (brother of Jasodha Mallik). He was hurt too. And besides this, he was getting a bad smell coming from the front door. He opened it and then found another door at the backside. When he stepped down, the smell was getting intense.
So, without any hesitation, he opened the door, spotted his torch, and he was stunned. There he could see something like a broken skeleton covered with human skin but it can move, not eaten food, and droppings.
By this time, Paritosh Mallik reached there. He was looking so guilty. The inspector looked at him with many questions. And he replied that:
This skeleton-shaped strange thing is his sister Jasodha Mallik who was reported to be murdered 25 years ago. She fell in love with a young lawyer there but her mother didn't allow it. But Jasodha Mallik could not forget him and was about to marry him. So, her mother locked her into that backside room and spotted the thing like murder. She had lots of connections and so it was not so hard for her to make the police stop investigation.
Paritosh Mallik knew everything, but could not tell anyone about this because he was afraid of his mother. Once a month, he went to that room and cleaned everything. He wished one day he would go to that room and find out her sister had died. But no one knew how she was alive in that hell for 25 years.

Though the story was presented as a horror story, listening to the final words, I would rather say it as a mysterious story.
