That morning Jeff, Sarah and their son were having leisure. And suddenly they hear a knock on the door. Sarah opened the door and saw a teenager girl there. She wanted to talk with Jeff and so Sarah called him there.
As soon as Jeff was there, the girl told him, "Hello, Daddy!" He was shocked and could not remember if he had a daughter. Then the girl replied that she was Clara's daughter. She again said that it was time to take care of the mistake from his youth. Jeff was shocked but Sarah was angry. She asked him who that girl was.
Before his replying the girl said that she was his unloved daughter. The girl said that her mother, Clara had recently died. But before she died, she shared her father's address to the girl. So, she was there. She told Jeff that she was alone then and she needed help. She asked him if he would help her or leave her again.
He was at a loss what to do and then he regained consciousness. He told his wife and son that he had dated a girl named Clara a long time ago. And they broke up too. But Clara never said that she was pregnant. Many years had passed and he was still ignorant of it.
Sarah spoke out that time and asked if the girl had any proof. The girl showed a photo of Jeff hugging a young girl. He recognized the girl as Clara. Sarah was shocked and had nothing to say. The girl asked them if they would help her or she needed to go beg. Sarah could not but welcome her to the family.
From the very first day Jeff and Sarah agreed to take care of that girl. But all Mira did was reproach them. At dinner, Sarah cooked lots of item for the girl. But while eating she became disappointed and said that she had asked for a double portion of sushi. She asked her father if he was not tired of saving on her. She added that she thought 18 years was enough time to save. Jeff said sorry and gave his portion to her. She took her father's plate without any hesitation and ate silently.
The girl was constantly disrespectful. She had got a beautiful room in the upstairs. She often listens songs and dance with it at a high volume that broke everyone's concentration in their work. One day Sarah was working of her office tasks and that time Mira started dancing with a high volume song. Sarah got irritated and went to her room. She told her that she was working. Mira didn't care about it and said that she was listening to music. Sarah didn't tell anything to her and left.
The girl's relation with Sarah's son even was not good. One day the boy just bought a big candy. He was about to eat but Mira came and snatched it. He requested her to back it. But she didn't and started to eat. She said that she wanted it and so he had no right to get it back.
One evening the girl accidentally overheard the conversation of her father and stepmom. Sarah told him that she could not take that for much longer. Jeff tried to pacify her. He said that she was unbearable but she was his daughter. But Sarah also told her decision that if she kept that up, she would kick her out.
Mira thought that for sure because she would leave on her own. She decided to disappear as quickly as she appeared. But the same time, she thought to take some money with her. She smiled as she was satisfied with her plan.
At the same night, when everyone was asleep, she broke into the parents' bedroom. She silently opened the safe and stole money. She took all the money there and was about to leave. The thief was almost successful, but Sarah's son saw her stealing. He shouted to wake up his parents. He shouted saying what was going on there.
He also switched on the light. His parents woke up and when they came to their senses, they were furious. Sarah said her that she wanted to just kick her out but then she needed to be handed over to the police. Mira asked them to wait and said there was no need for the police.
At first she was afraid, but then she decided that blackmail was the best way out. Jeff said to her, "Daughter, how do you explain this?!" She addressed the whole family as trusting idiots and said that she was not his daughter. Jeff got so shocked and asked what about Clara and the photo. He again asked where she had got it.
It turned out that the girl lied as to who she was. She turned out to be an acquaintance of Jeff's real daughter who found out about everything. She overheard everything when the dying Clara shared her daughter about her father's address. Mira decided to take advantage of the situation and came there.
She told Sarah and Jeff that they could turn her into the police. But then Jeff wouldn't know where his daughter was. They understood the situation and didn't call the police.
Jeff, whose daughter suddenly appeared then disappeared agreed to the blackmailer's terms and that night the girl led them to his real daughter, Anna. When they reached Mira told Anna to meet her father and then she left the place.
Sarah and Jeff brought Anna to their home. The next morning they sat with the sad girl. She told them that her mother said he was her father, but he didn't know she existed. She added that he had a family and so she didn't want to inconvenience him.
Sarah smiled and told her husband that she looked so much like him. Jeff added that she was as modest as her mother had been. He smiled at the gloomy Anna and said, "Little fool! You are my family too!" The girl smiled and after a while they began to live happily together.
One night after dinner the whole family sat for watching news. Then they watched that girl, Mira to be arrested for stealing money by making a similar scam. She was jailed eventually.
Bad people sometimes lead to good consequences. But if they do something bad to you in the process, don't worry... Fate is fate!
