Jenny was from a wealthy family. And when she was a little girl, her mom made her believed that she deserved a Prince Charming. She also told her not to think even about dating a pauper. Jenny didn't disobey her parents and so she happily accepted it. In her whole life, she only hung out with wealthy people. Her social circle consisted solely of them.
And one day she met that guy. His parents were rich and he was handsome, young, and ambitious. She at once thought he might be that prince. Joe also liked her and they started dating. They dated for a long time and it seemed to be a fairytale. They loved each other so much and so when he proposed to her, she was over the moon.
Her mom also liked Joe and so soon they got married with lots of celebrations. Their life was going well and they were familiar as the best couple in their family and friends. But the fairytale had an ending. It ended after their daughter was born. Jenny gave up her social life, but her husband wouldn't give up his. Moreover, he was mixing with other girls in their circle.
One night he told Jenny that the next day he was leaving for the islands. She became tensed and asked him why he had not told her earlier. She also told that she had not enough time to pack. And that made her tensed. But he laughed and asked her what it had to do with her. He added that he was going there with his friends. And again he started laughing at her.
However, one day Jenny went to groceries. She was about to pay but the cashier told her that her card declined. She was about to leave not taking the groceries. But a man who was also about to pay came forward and suggested he pay for her. She was happy and said that she would pay him back and asked him to give her his card number. He told her not to worry about it. And he just asked her to give him her phone number.
He texted her that evening and they started talking to each other every day. He told her that he had got a divorce three years ago. His ex-wife would often leave home and didn't care about their baby at all. He was smart and gave money to charity. So, she was convinced he belonged in their social circle. They talked almost every day and one day he asked if they could go for a walk. She was agreed but said that she didn't have anyone to babysit her daughter. Then he suggested that they could take their children with them.
They met in the park and she was having an ice cream. But she got a spot on her dress from it. She was a bit tensed and he suggested to her that she could wash it at his place. He added that he was living nearby. She asked him if they should drive in his car or in her. And then he replied that he didn't own a car. She was surprised at it however, didn't express it.
He took them to his house and said that that was where they lived. It was not so charming and there was not enough furniture. There was a TV trolly but it was empty. He explained that a TV used to stand there but they had donated it to an orphanage. And that's when she realized why he had not had a car or much furniture. He was not wealthy at all, but he would give the shirt off his back to those in need. Then she remembered that day when she had donated some money. Her husband got angry and asked her why she had donated. He also said that he could buy a new suit with that money. She feared him and said that it was not much for them and there were some who need it more.
From there she went to her husband's office. She told him that she wanted to get a divorce. He didn't expect it and got angry. It was not for he loved her. It was because he wanted to dominate her. So, when she told him about the divorce, he assured her that he would leave her without a penny.
She didn't need anything. She took her child and moved in with the real prince. There she got a happy family with a husband, a daughter, and a son.
What a touchy and dreamy story! And the title is the key attraction of this post. Wow dear! Truly it touched my soul.
