First of all I want to tell you what is the meaning of lose weight… lose weight means you have to burn some extra calories that is stored in your body. Everyone can lose your weight but after the calculation of calories deficit. The best diet that every one can follow. I will give the name of that diet is mini diet plan which shed your weight in a manner. It's a time taking process but i am sure it's work 100%. First of all I will declare that items which we have to strictly remove from life….

1.Avoid from sugar

2.Avoid from boiled rice

3.Avoid from sugary drinks

4.Avoid from oily and junk foods

5.Avoid from baked items

6.Avoid from carbs

Now, you have to start the journey of weight loss.

Breakfast time

You have to take 2 boiled eggs with brown bread. After one and half hour of breakfast you have to take a cup of green tea.

Lunch time

You have to take a boelwl of salads.. Again after 1 and half hour of lunch, you have to take a cup of green tea.

Dinner time

You have to take a bread means a bread of floor which size should be CD size with some soup of chicken. Before going to bed you have take a cup of weight loss green tea.

Weight loss green tea..

Add 2 cup of water in a fry pan…

Add 5 to 6 leaves of podina…

Add one stick of cinnamon

Add the skin of one lemon

After adding the all ingredients in water… leave for 15 minutes… now you can take this…. Now it's the time of sleeping
