When you love yourself, you have an appreciation, gratitude, and thankfulness for your own worth, quality and value. You do not need attestation from others and you do not need them telling you that you are smart enough, good enough, beautiful, attractive or charming enough. You completely know! Due to this, you have positive perspective about yourself and sense good about who you are most of the time. You also cultivate having higher levels of boldness, self-worth, self-reliance, self-confidence, and self-assurance.
Loving yourself is super crucial and highly essential for your happiness, comfort, health and wellness. In fact, according to the people who had taken some surveys on humans' wellness, a positive perspective of the self was the thing most interconnected to happiness and cheerfulness. It means that, the more positive self-perspective you have, or the more you love yourself, the greater your happiness will to be. It has been proven that positive feelings about yourself is a great key to your happiness, cheerfulness, achievement, successfulness, and even Fame.
What happens when you do not love yourself?
When you do not love yourself you'll have more negative impressions, feelings,
and emotions. Examples of them are:
1. You feel Inadequate.
2. You feel Shameful.
3. You become easily get angered.
4. You feel Lonely .

You may also get addicted to things that make you feel better for a while but hurts and damages you later.

There are tactics and strategies you can use to start loving yourself more. Let it rest in your mind that these may be hard at the starting. You may not feel pleasant treating yourself with the amount of kindness, affection, esteem and values you deserve. You will need to take your time and relieve into self-love strategies slowly, because it be helpful. Here are some ways to get started with
*Begin to practise Self kindness, and be patient with the aspects of your life or disposition that you don’t like, you need to be caring towards yourself when you’re passing through a hard time. Tolerance and lenience to your flaws and weaknesses.
*Start showing sympathy and concern towards yourself (it's also known as self compassion). It helps a lot
