Female frogs are fatter than males. Most of the time they are in Danga. Average lifespan is four years. The kola frog is also well known. It is called the golden frog. Cola frog is the largest frog in the country. The skin color is grayish brown or yellow. Due to the strong structure of the legs, it can move easily in water and on land. Some frogs attract attention due to their extra beauty. such as the green frog. Green frog is named because of its dark green color. Skin color matches with aquatic plants. So it is not easily visible. The green frog has a flat head. The eyes are quite close to the head. A yellow line runs from the tip of their nose down the middle of their back to the end of their body. Most of its life is spent in water. Jhin jhin frogs can be seen in and around nests, paddy fields. Lives in wet soil or places with little water. The color of the body is grayish brown. Warts on the back. Sometimes there are light green spots. The jhin jhin frog again moves both day and night. Another strange name for frogs is cuttlefish. This frog can be seen everywhere in the country. Usually floating in ponds, canals and rivers. It spends its entire life in water. Skin color is brown or gray. Small warts on the body. It is equally active day and night. During the rainy season, it is crowded. Chinese frogs are reddish or gray olive in color. A black line starts from between the two eyes and runs towards the back of the Kuno frog is a special known to the people of Bangladesh. The body is covered with smooth skin. The abdomen is yellow and white. The Chinese frog is about 25 millimeters long. Commonly roams damp ground, wet grass, leaf piles and near water bodies. According to the foundation's research, the large Laubichi frog is found in mixed evergreen forests and deciduous forests in northeastern and southeastern parts of Bangladesh. They are reddish brown in color. There are patches of black color on both sides of the body. Body length is 30 to 45 mm. Usually likes to stay in burrows. It also wanders along the mountain slopes or in the water. Cope's Assam frogs roam the shalban and hilly evergreen forests. Not seen around human settlements. They are dark brown in color. Dotted black spots on the back. During the day, it stays in wet places around water bodies or water bodies. Stays behind the straw. Goes out in search of food after evening. Among the rare frogs, we have to talk about the Bhamo frog. Found in small numbers in evergreen forests. Body length 50 to 80 mm. The color of the back is bright green or olive. Belly side is white. Two longitudinal folds of golden color can be seen on both sides of the back from behind the eyes to the rear end of the body. Behind the eyes is a fairly large tympanum, which serves as the hearing organ. Striped frog lives in trees. Skin color is yellowish brown. Three light black stripes on the back are easily visible. The body is quite slender. The upper part of the eye of the red-eyed frog is dark orange or red in color. It is found in hilly areas. The body is gray or black. The frog looks olive green with red legs. Yellow on belly. All in all strange.
