Physical exercise
Physical exercise means the movement of the limbs of our body according to some well defined rules. It keep our body fit and promote strength. A sound health measns a soudnd body as well as a sound mind amd this in not a matter of filling the stomach only. It depends on adequate sleep, proper rest, good living condition, proper treatment in ailment and of courese,regular physical exercise.
Everyone wants a healthy life. Physical fitness is necessary for a happy and beautiful life. We do various exercises to achieve this ability. Exercise can be done alone or in groups. Exercising improves the body and mind. Regular and moderate exercise every day makes the body strong and strong. However, if you do continuous exercise, the body's cells do not get time to replenish the damage. Then we get depressed. Complete rest is necessary to replenish this loss and revive activity. As a result, the damaged cells are restored. Body fatigue and mental fatigue are removed. Sleep keeps our body and mind fresh.
Exercise is the main vehicle for physical fitness.
A person cannot expect physical fitness without exercise. Exercise and sports not only improve the body but also improve the mind. Because the body cannot move alone without the mind. The body is the receptacle of the mind. All the parts of the body are improved by exercise, but it is necessary to know how the mind is improved. Psychology is a science. It works with the mind. The mind works through the central nervous system i.e. the brain. It is one of the most important parts of the human body. If there is no coordination between the different parts of the body, the body becomes immobile. Work is coordinated with the help of the central nervous system. Exercise promotes balanced development of these organs.
Physical exercise can be taken through games and sport, running, swimming, welking, yogic posture eit, morning and evening are the best time of taking physical exercise. We should take exercise in the open air. We should not take exercise in empty stomach of inmmediately ofter taking meal . Physical exercise keep all the organs moving in a propre order. It can remove as well as prevent minior problem like musele pain, indigestion, lethrgh and insomain. The ailments like hypertension, diabetes ete can be removed through walking. The cholesterol levels in the blood and fat in the tissues can be reduced through physical exercise. It is a well known proverb that prevention in better than cure. Physical exercise relates to prevention. Coring disease needs medicine and even surgical operation. They involve a lot a of meney. But it is alarming that they can cause newer problems or diseases. In this respect physical exercise in abetter option too.
The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability. Moderate aerobic exercise includes activities such as brisk walking, biking, swimming and mowing the lawn. Vigorous aerobic exercise includes activities such as running, heavy yardwork and aerobic dancing. Strength training can include use of weight machines, your own body weight, heavy bags, resistance tubing or resistance paddles in the water, or activities such as rock climbing.
If you want to lose weight, meet specific fitness goals or get even more benefits, you may need to ramp up your moderate aerobic activity even more.
